No need to queue up at the studio before a class to make sure you get a spot.
No risk to come all the way but be sent home or ask to join another class because the class of your choice is full
All you need to do is book your class via our online booking platform from the comfort of your home.
If a class is full, you will still be able to register on a waiting list.
Any slot that becomes available will then be allocated to the participants who joined the waiting list in order of priority
If you are not sure whether you will be able to join a class or not until closer to the start of a class,
you will still be able to book up to 20 minutes before the beginning of a class.

Speaking from experience, we have made many good friends throughout the group exercise fitness journey previously
and certainly hope to recreate that experience with our participants !
It is, afterall, not always about the workout but rather the experiences that you get from the workout.
CHOOSE YOUR TRIAL
We currently have different trial options available depending on your availability and needs.
You can simply try one single class or if you want to try more programs, you can take a multi-class pass and spread your trial classes over one week or one month. Our One Week and One Month Trial passes are great options and will enable you to try various programs and timings so that you can have a better idea of which classes and timings suit you best.
Do not be afraid of not being able to get space for your sessions.
Once you buy your Trial Pass, you will immediately be able to see whether there are spaces available and book all your classes in advance.
The validity of your Pass will only start from the day of your first booking so you can choose a time when you have more availability in order to book your classes.
