We offer a wide variety of classes and programs from cardio classes that will help you build your stamina, strengthen your cardio vascular system and burn maximum calories to strength & conditioning classes that will help you tone and shape and build healthy muscles, dance classes where you will be able to burn calories while working on your dance moves and coordination to mind body classes where you will be able to build your flexibility and recharge and recover. 

We conveniently offer all classes under one roof so you do not need to travel from one studio to the other but are still able to get a balanced training including all cardio, strength and flexibility training. 

Our classes are beginner friendly and suitable for all levels of fitness. Our experienced instructors will provide options for beginners or advanced exercisers altogether to make the most of their workout. 



Bodycombat® is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) inspired full body workout that fuels cardio fitness and leaves you feeling empowered. This fiercely energetic program is totally non-contact and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling classes. These classes offer a cardio workout on a bike with great music that will lift your heart rate, improve your cardiovascular endurance, help you build strong and toned legs and burn lots of calories. A class can help you burn anywhere between 400 to 700 calories !


Studio 360 Fitness has 45 minutes high intensity interval classes, 60 minutes all terrain classes and weekly 90 minutes indoor cycling challenge classes. 


H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training technique in which you will be asked to give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick intense bursts of effort followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. You will continue to burn calories even after the end of the class.

Bodypump® is a barbell training class that strengthens and tones your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Get the results you came for - and fast!

Zumba® Toning

This class combines the fun of a normal Zumba® class and adds handweights to provide a strength training experience. Using weighted toning sticks, which double as maracas, you can transform your Zumba® workout to target areas like arms, shoulders, core and legs.

Body Sculpt

This is a freestyle class especially designed by our experienced instructors. It is designed to give you a total body workout using free weights, resistance bands and your own body weights.

Pilates Flow

This pilates matwork class focuses on proper breathing and alignment and will help you develop core strength and endurance, flexibility and help you improve your posture and develop long lean muscles. The class combines classical pilates exercises in flowing sequences and will help you progress from simple exercises to more advanced variations seamlessly. Beginners will have the option to stay with foundation exercises while the more advanced will be able to feel challenged.

Pilates Bootcamp

This pilates matwork class involves the use of small pilates equipment and props to add challenge to your pilates training while still focusing on proper breathing and alignment. This class will help strengthen your deep abdominal muscles and tone your arms, your legs, your butt and everything in between. You will improve your posture and develop long lean muscles while our instructor teaches you how to use props and equipment to assist you or increase the intensity of the exercises.

Hatha Yoga

This is a traditional yoga class with an emphasis on proper breathing work, alignment and comprising mostly static postures.

Beginner friendly, through to intermediate as options will be given.

Yoga Flex

This is a stretch class that will allow you to improve your overall flexibility, with particular emphasis on releasing the tighter areas of the body (hips, quads, hamstrings, back and shoulders). Whether you are an active sports person or desk bound, it will provide relief from discomfort caused by overly tight muscles and joints. This class is suitable for all levels.


Bodybalance® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility, strength and balance and will leave you feeling centered and recharged. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses choreographed to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance and helps your mind feel calm and focused.

Step Moves

This is a step class where you will be moving on, over and around the step at a fast pace and with a challenging choreography. This class is for those looking for slightly higher intensity and more challenging choreography than a basic step class.

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba® Fitness is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and fun workout. The routines feature low-intensity and high-intensity moves with a combination of fast and slow rhythms which create an interval-style calorie burning workout that also tones and sculpts the body.  Zumba® is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind and will leave you feeling awesome.


Urbhanize® is a dance fitness program based on the urban moves from street dance and Hip-Hop. Urbhanize® is combining the coolest moves with rocking hot Hip-Hop music, adding high cardio elements from the Pakistani/Indian folk dance Bhangra. The format is very easy to follow, and will for sure get you into that groovy and happy feeling, while working up a great sweat.


This is a high-energy dance class where you will be learning cool street moves and putting them together to build a fun choreography.


This is a freestyle dance class where you will be dancing on K-Pop songs and build a choreography week after week. The choreography is inspired by Korean Music Videos and includes lots of cool Kpop dance moves. Each week you will learn different part of the choreography until you are able to dance for the entire songs. This is a class for anyone, even those without a dance background.
